The races to be recounted are Single Member Districts 5A06 and 7C05

The District of Columbia Board of Elections announces that a Special Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 12, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

As required by District of Columbia law, DCBOE conducted a hand count of all votes cast in one randomly selected precinct per ward in one citywide contest (United States Representative) and two ward-wide contests (Ward 6 Member of the State Board of Education and Ward 5 Member of the Council) for the audit.

The public manual audit of the November 2022 General Election will take place Monday, November 21, 2022 at 10:00 am.

The District of Columbia Board of Elections announces that a Special Board Meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 4, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Public Hearing, “Elissa for DC v. D.C. Office of Campaign Finance”

Through counsel, Councilmember Elissa Silverman has requested that the Board hold a hearing de novo, or a new hearing, regarding Office of Campaign Finance (OCF) Order 2022 FI-006, In re Elissa for DC (October 27, 2022) pursuant to 3 D.C.M.R §§ 3709.11 and 3709.12. Accordingly, the Board will take up the matter at a public hearing at a date and time to be determined with sufficient notice.

DC Board of Elections reminds voters that 25 Early Vote Centers will open on Monday, October 31, 2022. Early Vote Centers will be open daily from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm through November 6.

The District of Columbia Board of Elections (DCBOE) is today announcing that the random selection of precincts and contests that will be audited for the November 8, 2022 General Election will take place on Monday, October 24, 2022 at 12:00 pm.

55 Mail Ballot Drop Boxes will be open 24 hours a day until the polls close at 8:00 pm on General Election Day, November 8.

The D.C. Board of Elections will be holding a Special Recall Election regarding Amber Gove, Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for Single Member District 6A04.
